Notes : Student/Young/Retired Professionals Categories

  1. To qualify for the special rate for the following categories, kindly upload a copy of your passport and provide the required details during the online registration:
    1. Young Professional
      (Under 40 years of age on the date of registration)
    2. Retired Professional
      (Professionals retired on the date of registration)

  2. To qualify for the special student rate (currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program on the date of registration), kindly upload an approval letter signed by the Head of Department or a valid student ID.

Terms and Conditions

  1. A cancellation fee of RM100 applies for cancellations received on or before 31st June 2025.
  2. From 1st July 2025 until 31st August 2025, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the paid registration fee.
  3. After 31st August 2025, refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee.
  4. No-shows are not eligible for a refund. 
  5. Substitutions are welcome, but please contact us as early as possible in advance.
  6. If you are diagnosed with a contagious disease that legally or medically requires isolation, and you will not have completed your isolation period prior to your travel date or the start of the conference—or if you are experiencing symptoms of such a disease—you must not attend the conference.   7. In the unlikely event that the conference cannot be held in whole or in part due to circumstances beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of law or regulation by foreign authorities, epidemic outbreak, sanitary emergency, etc.), the Event Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, including transportation and accommodation expenses, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage. Conference registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred or alternative arrangements may be offered to delegates.
  8. Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive any refunds.
