Special Requests

It has been acknowledged that the sponsorship of the aforementioned items may not align with the prevailing marketing objectives of the organization. In light of this, a bespoke sponsorship package can be tailored to align with the organization’s marketing objectives. Further discussion to this effect can be facilitated by contacting the WIF PCO Office.

Terms & Conditions

1. Application for participation & acceptance
All applications for participation are to be submitted on the prescribed form provided. These applications are to be directed to the Organiser.Upon receipt of the invoice, the exhibitor or sponsor is required to transfer the required deposit, equivalent to 50% of the total booth rental charges and/or sponsorship package.The submission of the booking form shall be deemed to be confirmation of participation and full acceptance of the ‘Terms & Conditions for Participation’ as stated herein. The application shall become a valid contract once the Organiser has accepted it.It is important to note that the application and confirmation of its receipt do not constitute grounds for any claim to approval, or to any specific location or site of stand.In particular, the Organiser is entitled to implement reductions in the number of square metres applied for if the forum area available is oversubscribed.
2. Terms of payment

It is imperative that all payments are received prior to the commencement date of the forum.

  1. 50% of the total sum shall be remitted upon receipt of the invoice.
  2. 50% of the total sum shall be remitted by 30 June 2025.
  3. For any additional services, payment in full and in advance is required at the time of placing orders for services.
  4. Payment by the stipulated date is a prerequisite condition for the Exhibitor’s participation in the forum and use of the stand.
