Exhibition Opportunities

The exhibition constitutes an integral component of the 4th World Irrigation Forum (WIF4), the purpose of which is to showcase the latest advancements, technologies, and solutions in the fields of irrigation and water management. The exhibition will be held at the Tun Razak Hall 4, World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur (WTC KL), which boasts excellent exhibition facilities. Coffee breaks will be held in and around the exhibition area to maximize interaction and participant engagement.

Who Should Exhibit?

The 4th World Irrigation Forum (WIF4) invites exhibitors from the following sectors:

  • Irrigation and Water Technology Providers: These are companies that offer irrigation systems, equipment, water-saving technologies, and solutions for efficient water use.
  • Engineering, Consulting, and Research Institutions: Organisations and institutions that specialise in the management of water resources, the development of infrastructure, and the research of sustainable irrigation practices.
  • Government agencies and non-governmental organisations (NGOs): Policy makers, regulatory bodies, and organisations promoting sustainable water governance, conservation, and agricultural practices.
  • Agricultural and Agro-Tech Industry Players: Producers, cooperatives, and companies providing tools, technologies, and solutions to improve water efficiency and crop productivity.
  • Technology and Sustainable Solutions Providers: The developers specialise in the design of smart irrigation systems, IoT solutions, sensors, water recycling technologies and other innovations for sustainable water resource management.

Exhibition Booth

  • The dimensions of the structure are as follows: 3m(W) x 3m(D) x 2.5m(H).
  • The R8 system structure is partitioned as follows: 1m(W) x 2.5m(H) per panel.
  • The fascia panel will feature the company name.
  • Two units of fluorescent lights and one unit of a plug socket are to be provided.
  • One unit of a reception table, two units of folding chairs and one unit of a wastepaper bin are to be provided.
  • A needle punch carpet is also to be provided

The allocation of space will be made on a first come, first served basis. It is imperative that applicants clearly indicate their preferred choices on the application form, providing three alternatives. Following the submission of the application form, an invoice for the total amount will be dispatched. Upon receipt of payment, the allocation of space will be confirmed. It is imperative to emphasise that the allocation of space will be conducted in a sequential manner, with considerations given firstly to the order in which application forms are received and subsequently to the order in which payment is received.

Exhibition Registration

It is imperative that all exhibitors are duly registered, and they will be issued with a badge that displays the name of the exhibiting company. Each booking will entitle the booth holder to two complimentary exhibitor badges and one full registration. Any additional exhibitors will be subject to an exhibitor registration USD 250. The exhibitor registration form can be found in the exhibitor’s manual.

Technical Exhibitor Manual

A technical manual outlining all technical aspects of exhibiting will be circulated two months prior to the forum. The manual will include the following:

  • Technical details about the venue.
  • Final exhibition details and information.
  • Contractor details.
  • Services available to exhibitors and order forms.

Site Inspections

Visits to the venue will be organised prior to the forum. These visits will be pre-scheduled. The dates for these inspections will be communicated to all parties once a contractual agreement has been reached.
